  1. 2004 · DRS Fine Arts

    Marvel Art Gallery, Ahmedabad

It began in Ahmedabad in 2004 with Marvel Art Gallery, established with the belief that Indian art and artists deserved professional representation, serious curatorial attention and a wider audience. Today, that legacy continues through DRS Fine Arts, the company's gallery and curatorial vertical.

  2. 2009 · DRS Editions

    Marvel Graphic Studio

In 2009, the company expanded with Marvel Graphic Studio, created to develop museum-quality limited-edition fine-art serigraphs. Now known as DRS Editions, the studio has worked with some of India's significant modern and contemporary artists and earned repeated national and international recognition for fine-art screen printing, including PrintWeek India and FESPA awards.

  3. Public & cultural projects

From the white deserts of Kutch to Nadabet

Over the years, what began as a gallery developed into a larger cultural organisation. Its work has moved into large-scale public and cultural projects across India, bringing Indian art and artists into remarkably different settings, from the white deserts of Kutch and the crystal waters of Odisha to the Indo-Pak border at Nadabet.

  4. 2026 · DRS Arts Grant

    Another vertical, the same responsibility

The DRS Arts Grant is not a separate philanthropic activity sitting outside this history. It is another vertical through which DRS continues a responsibility it has pursued since 2004: to recognise promise, widen access, strengthen practice and serve art.

Since 2004

With artists, across generations.

Art grows through an interconnected cultural ecosystem.

Across these different activities, one belief has remained constant: artists, collectors, institutions, knowledge and opportunity strengthen one another.
